http://bit.ly/2lZYgH2 The National Association of Clean Air Agencies (“NACAA”) has issued a report titled: Improving Our Nation’s Clean Air Program: Recommendations from the National Association of Clean Air Agencies to President Trump’s Administration (“Report”) The NACAA describes itself as a national, non-partisan, non-profit association of air pollution control agencies in 40 states, the District of Columbia, four territories and 116 metropolitan areas. The Report is offered for consideration by United States Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt and other members of the Trump Administration. The Report focuses on what it characterizes as “key issues associated with our nation’s clean air program.” The recommendations include:
